Bill Parkinson is President and founding partner. He specializes in all areas of Software Systems Lifecycle, Business Process Management, database development, web based development, load testing, business requirements management.
In 2001, Bill founded Main Line Software Consulting to provide compliance solutions to the pharmaceutical industry. He developed systems for management of Education Grants, Speaker Bureaus, Research Projects, Contracting, On Boarding and Off Boarding, Recruiting, Knowledge Management, and Compliance Management.
Prior to starting MLSCI, Bill was a consultant at Destiny and developed/enhanced private banking solutions.
For 10 years, Bill was an IT Manager for the Internet Development Team at Merck. He also maintained the role of Application Architect for the Commercial Division. Bill was responsible for the implementation of Medical Affairs solutions for the Medical Inquiry systems. In addition, he managed multimedia promotional systems development.
Bill received a Bacholers of Science degree in Computer Science from Drexel University in 1986 and a Masters of Science degree in Computer Science from Villanova University in 1994. From 1996 to 2000, Bill was an Teaching Adjunct at St. Joseph's University.
Joe Aloia is Chief Technology Officer. Joe has spent the last 29 years in the software development industry concentrating on the design and development of commercial software products. Over the last few years, he has been developing web based products and solutions, specializing in transactional web sites and social media.
In 2009, Joe and Bill designed and commenced development on a web-based, workflow-enabled application environment to facilitate and expedite the development of both corporate and commercial web applications. The first application built on this platform is EmployeesAsAssets, an employee profile and social media application.
In 2007, Joe became the Vice President of Product Development for Devon IT, a thin client manufacturer. Here he was responsible for both multiple embedded operating system platforms as well as configuration and synchronization servers.
In 2003, he took on the role of Chief Product Architect for Fiberlink Communications, an $88M product and services company. Here he was responsible for a redesign of their flagship product as well as a new security platform, the Secure Runtime Agent.
In 2000, Joe co-founded an e-business consulting firm, Tybio, and developed a Web Services product suite, Cydio. Tybio merged with FullTilt Consulting and he proceeded as the Web Services Practice Lead.
Joe received a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from Ursinus College in 1981. He has worked with companies such as Prudential Insurance, AIG, ING Direct, J&J, Merck, Bank One, CIBC, Scott Paper, IBM, and Sun Microsystems.
